I’m always excited (and nervous 
) to teach in new contexts, so I jumped at the chance to visit Dykeland Lodge retirement home when they invited us to share our pets with their residents. 
It was a first-time experience for many, yet everyone was so open to the experience, and affectionate with the snakes. 
With a few grandchildren attending, one family had FOUR generations there to share these beautiful memories!
